On October 14, 2023, the 6th Xiangcheng District Skill Master Competition, as well as the Suzhou City Skill Master Competition Qualifying Tournament, was held in Xiangcheng District, Suzhou City.
This competition had a total of 11 representative teams and 108 participants competing in four events: blockchain application operation, semiconductor device and integrated circuit debugging, additive manufacturing, and household services.

KEXCELLED Application Engineer Yi Sun participated in the additive manufacturing project competition. With outstanding technical skills and professional capabilities, Yi Sun achieved an impressive fourth place, winning the third prize of the competition and the honorary title of “Xiangcheng District Technical Expert.”

Event Introduction
The Xiangcheng District Skill Master Competition is the highest specification, most extensive in participation, and offers the most substantial rewards in the field of skills competition in Xiangcheng District. Since the first competition held in 2013, it has become the highest gathering for skillful talents in the entire district to exchange knowledge and showcase their skills. Through this competition platform, more than 1,100 people in the district have obtained national vocational qualification certificates above the intermediate level, 171 people have been awarded the titles of “Xiangcheng District Skill Master” and “Xiangcheng District Technical Expert,” and 22 people have received the titles of “Technical Expert” at the provincial and municipal levels.
To reward and motivate excellence, this competition sets one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes for each event. Participants who receive the first prize in each event will be jointly awarded the honorary title of “Xiangcheng District Skill Master” by the District Committee Talent Office, District General Labor Union, and District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. They will also be prioritized for recommendation as “Xiangcheng District Model Worker” by the District General Labor Union. Participants who receive the second and third prizes in each event will be awarded the honorary title of “Xiangcheng District Technical Expert” by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The enterprises where the first prize winners in each event are employed will also be awarded the honorary title of “Highly Skilled Talent Cultivation Contribution Award” by the competition organizing committee.
