Kexcelled Announces Groundbreaking Material Launches at Formnext 2025

Kexcelled, a leading manufacturer of premium 3D printing filaments and resins, is pleased to confirm its participation in Formnext 2025, the global stage for additive manufacturing. The company will showcase two revolutionary product lines at the Messe Frankfurt, Germany, from November 18-21. Visitors are invited to Hall 12.1, Booth C22 to experience these materials firsthand.

As Kexcelled continues to drive innovation in high-performance polymers, the focus this year is on blending sustainability with advanced mechanical functionality.

The K5™ PLA Eco-Aesthetic Filament Series

In response to global demands for environmentally responsible materials, Kexcelled is introducing the K5™ PLA Eco-Aesthetic Series, crafted for creators prioritizing both visual appeal and environmental stewardship.

  • Sustainable Composition: The series, which includes PLA Coffee, PLA Tea (developed in collaboration with Master Kong), and PLA Bamboo, incorporates approximately 10% recycled waste from their namesake materials, promoting a circular economy and reducing carbon footprint.

  • Unique Sensory Appeal: The Coffee and Tea variants provide a subtle, natural aroma during the printing process.

  • Aesthetic Finish: These filaments offer natural textures and tones, making them ideal for high-end aesthetic Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) applications, including home decor and sustainable prototyping.

Market Launch: The K5™ Eco-Aesthetic Series is scheduled to be available in early 2026.

Next-Generation Flexible Filaments

Kexcelled is expanding its engineering-grade portfolio by launching three advanced flexible filaments, designed to blur the line between accessible production tools and specialized high-performance materials. These new products address specific needs in energy efficiency, weight reduction, and surface quality.

THE K9™ PEBA: This is one of Kexcelled’s most advanced flexible filaments, offering exceptional energy return, low density, and superior abrasion resistance across various Shore hardness levels (90A, 85A, and 75A). It is designed for professional applications requiring elasticity and resilience, such as sports equipment and orthotics. K9 PEBA will be available in early 2026.

THE K8™ TPU Air: This "Foaming TPU" introduces a new level of control by allowing for variable density and hardness directly through print temperature. By heating the filament, a foamed internal structure is produced, resulting in ultra-light parts and adjustable softness, ideal for lightweighting and cushioning applications.

THE K8™ TPU 95A Matte: Building on Kexcelled’s proven 95A formulation, this filament provides the classic TPU toughness and elasticity but delivers a distinct matte surface finish that ensures a smooth, professional, and visually refined appearance for end-use parts.

Kexcelled looks forward to demonstrating the performance and aesthetic capabilities of these innovations to the additive manufacturing community at Formnext 2025.

We can’t wait to see you there!
