You can rinse it directly with water until its surface is not sticky after printing, but washable resin should not be soaked in water. You should resin and blow it dry, and carry out secondary curing in time after printing to prevent softness and cracking.
It is mainly because of insufficient exposure. You should increase normal exposure time by 1-2s,
and set model support density over 75%.
Resin should be cleaned with alcohol of 95% purity or more and then blown dry. If it is still sticky, you should carry out 2-5min secondary curing.
The cause may be the too-long normal exposure time. You can reduce it by 1-2s.
① To re-level. ② To increase bottom exposure time by 10-20s every time until it can be stuck to the platform firmly.
With good yellowing resistance, clear resin will slowly fade its yellow after the second curing.
① To re-level.
② To increase bottom exposure time by 10-20s every time until it can be stuck to the platform firmly.
Because resin tank should be cleaned after every printing to prevent unclean support or precipitation from affecting the next printing.
Leveling; To lower the first layer’s speed;
To adjust the temperature or cooling settings (including the temperature of platform and nozzle, generally to increase the platform temperature, reduce or turn off the cooling fan);
Platform surface treatment (film, smear glue, etc.);
To add skirt or base.
Generally, three aspects should be confirmed, including printer, material and slice settings.
① Check whether the printer is easy to shake and mislayer.
②Check whether it is due to filaments dampened or too large diameter. If filaments are seriously dampened, printed products will be sunken with small holes caused by bubbles, and accompanied by drawing and lower gloss.
③ If these two problems are excluded, you can adjust layer thickness, extrusion volume, printing temperature, and speed by slicing settings.
①To adjust the distance between the nozzle and the platform.
②To reduce the first layer’s printing speed.
③To adjust the temperature and cooling settings.
④Platform surface treatment (platform stickers, glue, and materials).
⑤To add brim or draft.
① The cause may be the too-high layer height. You should reduce the printing height of every layer.
② The cause may be the too-low printing temperature. You should increase the printing temperature appropriately.
③ The cause may also be the too-low ambient temperature. You should properly insulate the printer cavity.
①To reinstall the wire, and check whether the new wire can be extruded or not.
②To clean the nozzle with a needle, whose diameter is slightly smaller than the nozzle, or to replace a new nozzle.
③To confirm whether the throat cooling fan is in normal operation. If not, it will lead to filaments melting and expanding in the throat, resulting in blockage.
④ To check whether the throat ages.
①To check the reminder of filament.
②The cause may be the slippage of wire and drive gear. You should check if the drive gear wears or adjust the printing speed.
③The cause may be the clogged extruder. Pls refer to solutions to Q5.
④The cause may also be the overheating extrusion electrical driver. You should add additional cooling to the driver.
① You should tuck the wire in the round hole on the side of the material tray and snap it tight when you disassemble the material every time.
② If the wire has been strung, you should pull out the wire until it is not strung, then rewrap it.
You should dry it in the oven for the time span of 1-2 times. Thus, the internal stress of the wire can be eliminated, and breakage improved.
① The cause may be insufficient heat dissipation. You should increase the printing cooling, or adjust room temperatures with an electric fan or air conditioner.
② The cause may be too-high printing temperature. You should reduce the printing temperature by 5-10 appropriately. If there is no improvement, pls repeat it.
③ The cause may also be too-fast printing speed, resulting in models having no enough cooling time for printed products. You can reduce the printing temperature, or print more than one model at a time.
